  • How do I apply for the Special Season Card?

Send us an email at klccprking@klcc.com.my. We’ll send you the form starting from 26th of March onwards.


  • Is there a maximum amount of time I can park in Premium Parking?

Yes. Maximum amount of time that you can park in Premium Parking is 5 hours. If you park more than 5 hours, the hourly rate applies.


  • What type of cable is acceptable?

Type 2 only. Cables are not provided by the car park management. Please bring your own cable for charging.


  • Is there any additional charge to the RM380.00/month for special season card?

No. There is no additional charge as long as you don’t park your vehicle in Premium Parking exceed the 5-hour limit.


  • Do I have to validate my season card after every time I charge my car?

Normal season pass: Yes. Before you enter season parking area, please validate your card at the car park office.

Special season pass: No. You don’t have to validate your season card every time you charge your car as long as you park your vehicle for less than 5 hours in Premium Parking.



Customers are encouraged to use their debit/credit cards or Touch ‘n Go to minimize physical contact and to combat COVID-19 from spreading as much as possible. .


Dayabumi car park season cardholders can now pay season parking online. Here’s how you can do it:

  • Visit https://parking.klcc.com.my/

  • Click Season Parking

  • Click Register as an online user

  • Enter your details

  • Click submit

  • Log in to start pay online
